TCP-Z: modify TCPIP.sys limit patch for all windows( XP/ Vista SP1/Server 2008/Windows 7)
accidentally i found a software called TCP-Z, which sounds good, that modify RAM rather than the actual Windows Vista TCPIP.sys file. so it has good compatiabilitty. suit for any TCP/IP version,it can modify any vista TCP/IP limit to 252.

You can chose patch manually by GUI application, or install a virtual device for pathing automaticlly.
