soon after I joined 1 month, the company which i am working for has bought QAD. which also called MFG/PRO.

QAD is famous for auto industry, that's one of the reason we buy it, while other plant in other country using other king of ERP system, that strange name i had forgoten. QAD also used in our mexico plant.

We bought the QAD EB 2.1 version, which cost not small amount of money, and we started the implementation of QAD ERP system 2 month after that, during these days, we were busy on our production line installation and debuging. fortunately we had a very good team, so everything seems going smoothly. we work on production line daytime and work on QAD implementation in the evening.

1st week is getting started user trainging. include QAD BOM, Logistics, Purchasing Finacial, production and sales.

2nd week is the work of work flow draft first version. as we don't have enought employees now, some users have to take more than one role and need work harder for the work flow and the initial data such as BOM, coding rules.

3rd week, the verification and confirmation of QAD work flow in the company, every department has to have a completely detailed work flow.

4th, 5th week, trail run, we will test the runability of the QAD system in our company, setup the basic data, test the work flow of all department.

6th week, run QAD in production.
