there are 3 software must be installed before use the https://corporbank.icbc.com.cn/ for the company.

1. the active X component. download it from: http://www.icbc.com.cn/download/dkq/icbc_netbank_client_controls.exe
2. the IC card driver, it depents what type you use, chose the corresponding driver from icbc download page.
3. the CSP tool , it depends too, usually Safesign or Net Pass.
4. extra step. i suggest you add *.icbc.com.cn to the IE trusted zone, it is not a must but can avoid lot of problem, and when you install the active x component, it will ask to change IE setting, you should click Yes to allow the modification.
5. finally, put a shortcut to https://corporbank.icbc.com.cn/ on the desktop, the financial staff will like it.

until correctly install all the 3 program in alphabetic order, the corporate bank website can be login, there will pop up a windows for your password if everything installed correctly.

it seems very easy, but we often experience problems, some time the computer need to be formatted for the software to work.
