yet i see 2 examples, 2 different company from different European country, they are running different system that is not commonly seen, all of them are not running on Intel X86 based servers. but i am not going to tell you what system they are running as this might against IT security.

a foreign invested company in China must use financial software that approved by China government. so you have to - get rid your own and use the localized financial system. but the data you found in your IT system, especially purchase/payment/sales/warehouse must input into the financial system.
there are 2 way you can input them. manually type every purchase order/sales by hand or develop a socket to import/communicate between you system.

manually input by hand is not applicable in mid/large company so you might wiling to develop a software that can import/export data from your system to China financial system. this is not difficult and not expensive too, by choosing the famous financial software and pay them not a large quantity of money, it takes about 1 month for it to be ready for use.
